As a real estate professional, I’ve encountered people who thinks that working with a real estate professional is unnecessary and will just cost them money that they could save instead. True, you have to pay a realtor when you hire them to sell you home. But it’s money well spent with everything that they’re helping you with. And keep in mind that it’s all their time and effort until the transaction goes through and you get what you want.
As for buyers, a few of them has the misconception that they have to pay them commission. In reality, the sellers pay so why not take advantage of hiring a real estate professional to be your advocate?
